They are in reasonable condition, for perfectionists they could be re-plated. They slide on to the exhaust, with a tight fit using prongs on the inside of the pipes (see photos). I guess they could also be held in place with a spot weld. A great finishing piece for any car, that could be made to fit many cars. One of the iner prongs had broken off, but comes with the sale.
